![]() I guess what it is, is that in MSGV it just feels super repetitive and all the little bases and enemies seem so scattered and small. Getting to new area after new area you realize the game is huge even without being open world. Like in the older games everything felt so huge and it felt like one big mission. It just gives a different kind of experience. Open world games have their place I just hate to see so m,any games go down that rabbit hole cause honestly to me, some of them are better off mostly linear. TBH I don't think its as good as the older games and maybe that's the boomer in me, but they just felt more epic in my opinion.
